Beach holiday in Hua Hin

We were two couples, four adults and two children on a round trip with Bravo Tours ending with a beach holiday in Hua Hin. From here we intended to visit the Tiger Temple, but because Bravo Tours did not have it on the excursion program anymore, we had to find a another solution. We found Sawan (Jakob) online and he put a two-day trip together for us with visits to the Tiger Temple, River Kwai and other sights in the area. It was an excellent trip for a cheap cost. We were transported in a nice new car, good guides, Jakob and Dear, who were able to answer everything, including everything the children asked. We had an excellent visit to the Tiger Temple and an unforgettable train ride on the Death Railway, the real trip departing at 05.20 am. Driver and guide were fantastic

Dear Jakob. We booked our flight in autumn 2008 before we knew of your existence. We found Jakob on the internet and asked him to suggest a trip for about 11 days. There were some nice experiences, including to the River Kwai, Bangkok and Hua Hin. We took the trip from Bangkok to Phuket in a taxi to discover the country. A long, but very exciting trip. Our one month's trip to Thailand would not have been the same, had we not gotten in contact with you. Driver and guide were fantastic. All came together 110% and all agreements were kept. We did the rest of the holiday on our own at different places in Phuket. My best recommendation to Jakob's agency. I will not hold back on the positive reviews, when we get home. Making us always feel at home and in good hands

Hi Jakob. For our trip to Thailand, which we had arranged ourselves due to bonus points etc., we found Sawan Travel on the internet, because we wanted to play a lot of golf. Sawan Travel managed this job with flying colors, the prices were cheaper than if we had contacted the golf clubs directly, and also included transportation to/from our hotel. Sawan also organized pickup from/to the airport in Bangkok to Hua Hin. We were always met on time and in most cases by Jakob's friendly and smiling wife, who told us a lot about the area during the drives. When we were leaving, Jakob and his wife even came to say goodbye and provided a fantastic minibus for the ride. All in all a very personal touch making us always feel at home and in the best of hands. Hi Jakob. First, I would like to thank you for your help with my trip to Thailand in January/the beginning of February. We had a fantastic trip, not least because of the days in Bangkok, where you assisted us with a great trip to Riwer Kwai, the Tiger Temple, elephant riding, bamboo rafting etc. The day was perfect and we all feel that we really got something out of it. A really cool program. I will not hesitate contacting you again, if I am going another time. Regarding the trip, I would like to just add a comment to the guide. From what I could understand, he was a kind of a freelance guide working a bit where needed. The name was Natnipon Nimnual. We have nothing but high high praise and fine words to say about him. He helped making the day really good, as he had great knowledge about many things, he could answer pretty much anything we asked. At the same time, he speaks incredibly good English compared to what you sometimes (often) experience in Thailand. He seemed outgoing, spoke with passion in his voice and addressed all issues we brought up. One also felt that he was familiar with the things we saw on the trip and told many good and funny stories along the way. Summer holiday in Hua Hin

Hi Jakob Our little family of 6 people, age 14 to 66 years, had decided to do a summer holiday in Hua Hin at the end of June to early July 2009. We were of course excited about the weather, how much would it rain and how much sun we would get. The first week we had sun from morning to evening, the last week we had rain the last two days in the afternoon, which helped motivate us for the return home after a nice relaxing holiday. We had planned the trip ourselves, going online at home to find out what excursions were available from Hua Hin. We saw Sawan Asia Travel's website, which among many exciting offers, had a two-day trip to River Kwai. The family agreed that this historic area was worth a visit. We contacted Sawan Asia Travel through email. We were very happy when Jakob wrote back in Danish and elaborated on his offer of the trip to River Kwai. Upon arrival to Hua Hin, we visited Sawan Asia Travel to arrange the practical things about the trip. For the first time we met Narin and Jakob, who explained to us about the trip in a smiling, friendly and very competent matter. On the trip we were accompanied by Jakob, who in addition to being an accomplished business man, also is a very skilled and highly competent guide. The trip was a great success for us all. Fantastic trip

Hi Just wanted to let you know, we are back after a really nice trip, a good combination of experience and relaxing holiday. The only thing failing was the day we were going on a trip to the temple and the klongs. The guide picked up a young Danish couple, Lisbeth and Rene, but we were not registered to join. Of course we joined and it was a great trip and a skilled guide. Likewise, the ride was a great experience with a good guide. The houseboat was absolutely superb with a nice crew doing anything they could to make it a memorable trip. When we came to Koh Chang we simply needed to relax. The only initiative we took was a trip with Thai Fun. The hotel is really nice with a high standard. Two of us had an upset stomach for a day and there were some others who also had it at the hotel, so maybe the breakfast caused it. The booking and payment via your Danish net bank worked great. The driver was extremely pleasant and service-minded. Trip to Vietnam & Cambodia

Dear Jakob An overall statement: · It was a fantastic trip · Lost in translation · It is important to be a wise customer You ask about the guides. I would like to emphasize Chou (I think, that was his name) in Ho Chi Minh City. He had a fantastic English vocabulary and was even very well informed, also globally. As a young man, he was a soldier in the South Vietnamese army, having to defend and if necessary blow up a bridge over the Mekong River. He therefore had hands-on information about the war. He also had a proactive approach, which I believe is so important. For example, he checked our flight schedule from HCMC very quickly, making sure it was on time. When realizing that our flight left at 11:05 pm, he suggested a change in the program, completely on his own initiative, in order for us to get the most out of the time. Apparently he had not received the departure time in advance. Another excellent guide was the one from the company arranging the Halong Bay tour. Service-minded and with perfect English. It came as a surprise to me that the guides generally spoke rather poor and not at all fluent English. This is where "lost in translation" gets relevant. I actually often had difficulty understanding the guides. When we were stuck in Hanoi Airport, because the flight to Danang did not depart, I contacted Sawan Tours in order to get information on what to do. I simply could not understand enough of what the Sawan Tours lady said on the phone and vice versa. That was why, I involved you. The others in our small group were fond of the guide in Cambodia, but I had some unfortunate experiences of "lost in translation". When I for example wanted to revisit Angkor Wat on the second day instead of something new, he did not make it clear, that it would be problematic time-wise. Our excursion to a floating village was therefore rushed, actually not even getting "on" to the village. Most likely as other times, I did not behave as "a wise customer", asking if it was possible/what consequences it would have. I am sure, I crossed the guide's limits. A clash between Asian and Danish mindset, which I was not proud of. However, they were all friendly and welcoming. They picked us up on time, except upon the first arrival in Hanoi, where I got anxious as there was no guide for us among the more than 20 waiting guides in the arrival area. He came after five minutes though. He had been waiting a different place than where we came out. It is understandable to have different guides for different destinations, but I believe, they should be informed of the whole itinerary in order to manage the transition better from one destination to another. It would also be nice with the same guide, if you have several days at the same destination. The quality of the vans was fine and we were always picked up on time. The hotels in Hoi An and Siem Riap were fine. The ones in Hanoi and HCMC were so-so (and the one in Hanoi was located too far into the old quarter, with a 6-year (course?), it was too far to the Kiemj Lake). It was here "lost in translation" that I had asked for 3+ to 4 and had written that it would be nice, if it was a tad delightful. Another "lost in translation" was my assumption that the term "superior" for a room meant the same as in Danish, meaning something really good. I realized, too late though, that it simply meant "an ordinary room, possibly out to a yard". What I should have asked for was "deluxe room". Not being a very wise customer here either, the consequence was, that at a few places we actually got a room facing a dark courtyard. But as said: It was an amazing experience being in Vietnam and I think back on it with much joy. It was quite miserable for a planned 14-hour train journey to take 38 hours due to damage on the railway system, but we chose to take it as an experience. We stopped in a small village, that we otherwise would never have seen. We saw the floods up closely, which we would not have seen. We also shared the cabin with a nice lawyer, an old lady with plastic bags and a Scot of Vietnamese origin (convenient as the train staff did not speak English and the information was very limited). Finally, there were the two black mice, which joined the trip and sometimes made it up to the top bunk!!!

With gratitude and our greatest respect. We have returned home from an incredibly wonderful trip to beautiful Thailand. It was our first visit to the country and the trip took place from November 11th to 22nd 2013. The Card Club = 2 couples 50+ with experiences and golf as biggest wishes. We found your lovely website randomly searching online. Already by the first request we experienced a very fast, professional and personal reply. We have used ThailandTours.dk for transfers, excursions and booking of green fees for golf. Jakob organized a fantastic program for us. Everything, absolutely everything, came together. To be mentioned: Pickup at Bangkok Airport (after a good flight Hamburg-Dubai-Bangkok with Emirates.) Very lovely overnight stay at Eastin Grand Satkorn in Bangkok. We did not make the Siramit theater because of traffic jam in Bangkok. Instead, we got a good dinner at the place where the show was. All the Thai people were very sad, but we were satisfied with being driven back to the hotel again. The next day a great bike ride in Bangkok. The guide was really good. Then the departure to our booked apartment at Dusit Thani, Hua Hin (again booked online via homeaway.dk.) Transportation: Especially clean, new and comfortable car/van. Driver: Precise, friendly and service-minded. Nice with the same driver throughout the stay. SUPER. 2 full-day excursions, including floating market, caves, summer palaces, the Bridge over the River Kwai, elephant village with ride on the elephants, beautiful waterfalls etc. On our excursions, we were the four of us + driver + guide. Really well-trained, friendly and wonderful to spend the days with. They just knew their stuff. We sensed that we saw much more than originally promised. Our trips to the golf courses were also top notch. Golf three times at different courses. Transfers here also worked perfectly. We are now back home, filled with impressions. Just can not praise you, Jakob, and your company enough. We recommend you to everyone we know, hoping that others get to enjoy this extremely dedicated company. Just returned from some extremely lovely golf days in Thailand

Hi Jakob Just returned from some extremely lovely golf days in Thailand, we would like to give you some response to the two separate itineraries we bought from you. The first little week in Hua Hin Anantara Resort worked out perfectly. Everything was indeed under control, it all came together and the drivers came rather half an hour early than 3 minutes late. They were ready by the beautiful golf clubs upon arrival and at no point was there a reason for raised eyebrows. That we also got a green fee refunded, when one of us was unable to make it, well, this emphasizes the successful arrangement. The hotel was very lovely. We only ate there once and from there on we went to Hua Hin and found some wonderful very local seafood restaurants. The hotel shuttlebus arrangement also worked out impeccably. We also had a lovely little week at the Centara Villas Phuket, Karon Beach. Here, everything came together as well, from the airport pickup, the transfer between hotel and golf course and the planned golf arrangements. The golf courses are very nice! Since we had some different wishes for choice of course, you had it immediately done, so we are very satisfied. We made a change ourselves at the end. This by an agreement with your contact at Red Mountain and it also worked perfectly. We preferred to walk, which was not possible at Red Mountain. Therefore we took the last day at Loch Palm also. Our conclusion is, that if gulf is the focus, there is no reason for the hassle of going down to Phuket. There are equally as wonderful courses in Hua Hin, we think. We have learned a little from the trips. No way a criticism of either your advice nor of the arrangements, but we had not tried this before. As beginners (and probably still a few more years like one:o)), we must keep in mind: - asking for golf courses near the hotel for the travel time not to exceed three hours a day. - asking for ordinary and not necessarily the most advanced (and thus usually difficult/challenging) courses. - having one or more resting days in between the days of golf. - asking for courses, not requiring mandatory cart, as we value the great importance of exercise during the day of the golf. The airport transfer worked out impeccably - the driver was waiting for us as described and was even able to speak English. We had a really nice trip to Pala U with a smiling and helpful guide/driver, Nat. He was eager to talk about the area, but also about Thailand in general and a little about his hometown. We even got to talk a little about Northern Jutland. We might return another time and would like to recommend you to others, whether it is a long trip or, like ours, a short relaxing trip. Dear Jakob, I do not know, if your email is addressed to my brother, Paul, or if it is directed to me. Paul used your transfer from BKK Airport to Hua Hin and return, as well as participated in the two golf rounds that you had booked for us. I will answer anyways regarding the arrangements I booked through you. This being the transfer Hua Hin to BKK Airport on February 2nd, 2 excursions (River Kwai and the Petchaburi excursions) and a total of seven golf rounds for 4-7 people (two at Banyan, one at Black Mountain, two at Palm Hills, one at Royal Hua Hin and one at the Imperial Lake View) between January 15th to February 12th 2014. The overall impression of the arrangements made by the Thailand Experts was extremely positive and we can without doubt recommend you to other Hua Hin travelers. I have the following special comments: Cars for transfers: Modern and clean cars with friendly drivers. When having Danish passengers, it would be a good idea to put Danish DVD movies on in cars transferring to and from Bangkok Airport in order for the three hours to go faster. We saw clips from the "Olsen Gang" movie on four transfers in Hua Hin to and from the golf courses, but since it only lasted 20-30 minutes, we were never able to watch a whole movie. It is not necessary either on these short transfers. Excursions: Both of the mentioned excursions were well planned and gave many different impressions. The guide on the Petchaburi trip (Tuktuk was her name) was especially good and spoke good English, while the guide on the River Kwai trip (Nat) spoke less good English. She was probably therefore not as informative on her own initiative regarding the Thai conditions, places we passed and more. The chosen places for lunch on both trips were of good quality concerning food and surroundings. Golf: Banyan and Black Mountain are courses of high international class (and price!) and Palm Hills is a good experience. Royal Hua Hin is a nice course with a convenient location when staying in Hua Hin, although bunkers and certain fairways are not of good standard. Imperial Lakeview was very dry and therefore not the same level as Palm Hills, at least not currently. Checking in on the courses with your vouchers worked without problems. Other comments: It could be an additional service having information about things for you to do on your own in Hua Hin, for example restaurants, visit to the "fresh market", cooking courses, the International Bridge Club in "Cool Relax" Thursday and Sunday afternoon, shopping etc. I hope you can use these comments and I thank you for the good service you and your staff provided during our stay and asking a lot of questions. The task we had handled by you was transportation from Bangkok to Hua Hin. It went completely smooth. We arrived by plane from Yangon in Myanmar. The driver was at the location at the airport, he knew where we were going, he drove well and we reached Hua Hin after 3 hours as planned. Everything was fine. We have previous made use of you, a couple of times, the same trip. There has only been a little trouble last year, as the driver charged us the toll, even though we had paid for the trip from home. Also, I lost my jacket, which might have been my own fault, but the driver had so many of his own things in the trunk, making it difficult to comprehend upon arrival. As mentioned, this year there were no problems and the driver was very careful ensuring that we had everything with us upon arrival. We will make use of you again, if we go to Thailand next year. River Kwai 3 days/2 nights

Dear Jakob Thank you very much for your email and yes, I will gladly send you an email about our experiences. The hotel was lovely and the surroundings very authentic. However, I will say, that the food at the hotel could be improved, this applying to breakfast as well as dinner. The pool, coming from the hot spring, was really nice and we enjoyed this a lot. As I previously mentioned, the hotel we stayed at was not exactly what was shown on the website. I would therefore recommend for this to become clearer. Our trips were very interesting and we got a lot out of these. Our guide, Thomas, was very sweet and friendly and took good care of the kids being very attentive to us all. However, we had to drag out information from him and unfortunately he did not tell about neither the sights or Thailand by himself. The lunches he arranged for us were truly delicious. Golf in Thailand

Hi Jakob We are finally about to be grounded and finding the daily rhythm again after a wonderful trip to Thailand. We started with a three-day stay in Hintok River Camp and in our case this was appropriate. A lovely peaceful place away from the hustle and bustle. The stay and the food were really good. We played on two good golf courses, even though they do not understand much English out there. Hua Hin and Bangkok were superb. Super nice hotel in Bangkok. We would like to pre-book Wannara hotel in Hua Hin for 14 days from approximately January 29th and then 4 nights at Eastin Grand Hotel in Bangkok (adjustable a few days at both ends). Without doubt, this is our best golf vacation

Hi Jakob After several years with a spring holiday golfing in Spain, we decided to try something new this year and the choice was Thailand. We had never visited this country before, but heard only good things about the many golf courses. Without doubt, this is our best golf vacation and as something new, we also wanted to try booking flights, accommodation and excursions ourselves. We must say, this was fully successful. We have been pleased with the hotel, Baan Talay Dao, which happened to live up to our wishes concerning greeneries, smoke-free with peace and quiet right down to the water. Very liberating and relaxing. In retrospect, the planned order of the visits to the golf courses has been a pleasure, the quality increased from course to course and we were well received with kindness and helpfulness everywhere. The distance to the golf courses was comfortable for all 6 courses. However, we found out, there was bit of a mess with the pickup from the hotel, as it was not written in our order sheets. There was also a bit confusion about the agreements made with the driver, whether he actually understood the agreements, but it is as can be expected in these parts. All in all, we would like to thank you for the experiences you have "exposed" to us. We would definitely like to try again. The same plan can easily be repeated! However, we were a little surprised about the bill for drinking water, leaving the hotel. It is the first time I have paid for water and I have traveled a lot in the East. Hi Jakob Yes, today we arrived in Norway after having been in Thailand since November 8th. We had a wonderful trip, first with your plan for us going to Chiang Mai and then down to Hua Hin, where we spent 16 days together with a Norwegian golf group (for the 7th time). There has been a lot of golf (18 rounds total in 22 days), but there has also been time for other experiences. We want to thank you for the stay in Chiang Mai, everything worked perfectly and 100% according to plan. Initially your guy waited for us at the domestic arrivals at the airport in Chiang Mai, but he found out quickly that we would probably be at the international arrivals, so it went fine. The hotel, the Imperial Mae Ping, we though of as very good. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool areas, not to mention the wonderful breakfast buffet! It was absolutely amazing and adjusted to Asian as well as European guests with an incredible number of dishes to choose from. The location of the hotel compared to downtown and places to eat was also quite excellent. We had 3 rounds of golf with transportation to and from the courses, which worked very well. One day there was a slight change in time, but we received notification well in advance, so it was fine. We started playing at Mae Jo Golf Club, a pleasant and straightforward course. Next day it was Royal Chiang Mai GC. A lovely course, but we struggled a bit with the grass quality of the fairways. The day after we took a tour with elephant safari, elephant show, bamboo rafting on the river and a visit at the "long neck" people, so this day was golf free. The last day though was again all golf and this at Chiang Mai Highlands GC. A great course in beautiful nature and with very good quality on the fairways and greens! So this one tops our ranking of courses before Royal Chiang Mai and Mae Jo. Transportation to the airport the next morning also went according to plan, so as mentioned before: Everything worked perfectly and we are very pleased with the whole trip! Hi Jakob. It is a great company you have. The driver was nice and waited at the airport. He was so friendly and smiling and drove nicely all the way. There was no dangerous driving. When going back home from Hua hin to Bangkok, he was there as well and he was again friendly and smiling, helping with the suitcases. A driver you can be proud of :o) We will certainly without doubt choose your company again next time we are going to Thailand, as there are then only positive things to say about it.

I would like if you could check for possible discount on golf packages. Being five to six people playing 8-10 days, it is no secret we thought, it was very expensive to play in Thailand. We are considering on the next trip moving away from Hua Hin to play for a reasonable price. Perhaps you would be able to do something with so many players as well as days. Praise for a well-planned Thailand trip

Hi Jakob. Well back from a wonderful holiday, I would like to put in a few words about the trip, useful to promote new customers. First the bike ride. Everybody agreed that it was an experience out of the ordinary with the sight/smell senses being tested. The length of the tour okay and the guide outstanding. Grand Palace, boat ride etc., car on time and unbelievably friendly, trusting and very knowledgeable female guide in her prime - excellent experience. Moving to Chiang Mai, where I can recommend the hotel (Kodchasri), where we stayed for one night - wonderfully cozy. Was met at the airport by our guide Wiwhat (?), who took us to the hotel and again the next morning by car and with driver taking us north to countless new experiences, that we felt enriched us enormously. Quite luxurious with a private car, accompanied by two incredibly friendly people. Both very recommendable with the guide speaking perfect English, knowledgeable about the areas we were in and both with excellent manners and very helpful. Everything you planned was top notch - therefore highly recommendable. All agreements were kept, from drivers to guides and hotels (excellent). Dear Jakob, Thank you for professional assistance concerning the booking of green fees at various golf courses in the Hua Hin area. I had no problems at check-in at the clubs and generally no need for showing your vouchers. I played six different courses and there was certainly a good correlation between the price and the quality of the courses 😉 1) Banyan - Best nature experience and excellent layout with good course condition. 2) Black Mountain - Best quality all over - Course, driving rage, drive etc. 3) Palm Hills - Nice small course near Hua Hin and the course is in good condition. 4) Sea Pines - Alternative course nearby. Interesting layout, but not quite in level of the course condition. 5) Springfield - Played A-B - Older course and a bit boring, but okay condition. 6) Lake View - Played A-B - The worst experience and not particularly exciting course in poor condition. The booked tee times were kept on the first three courses and I was put in flights with other golfers. The last three courses less crowded was a bit as I "feared" showing up as a single player. Either I was "forced" forward into the first available open flight or I could tee off as single player for one five-ball ;-( I managed, however, with the help of the other starters, to be put in open flights, so that pace and amount fitted... I would happily return to Hua Hin for the golf experience, but next time will be with family and friends... Thank you for the help. Renè Uldall Juhl

Hi Jakob, We have returned home safely from our trip to the East and we thank you for a good trip to Vietnam. Overall, a trip with nearly perfect logistics. Transfers, bikes, boats and motorcycles were in the right place at the right time. It was a trip costing a lot of money, but we felt we had good value for the money, especially considering the number of people occasionally put in the vehicle and despite the increasing prices due to the dollar suddenly going crazy. The hotels were all of a good standard. However, the first two days in Hanoi could preferably be swapped around. Partly because the first day in the afternoon we walked around in neighborhoods also visiting the next day with the guide. Also, on the second day many of the places we were supposed to visit were closed, because it was Friday. Golf in Hanoi was good. Not many people were on the course and we ran into an American and Korean couple living in Hanoi and divided us into a men's and a women's team, each with three participants. The guide in Hanoi was okay, even though he was called in on a short notice, as the guide we should have had got sick. It was more than cool at the Halong Bay, but it did not ruin a nice trip with good companions on board. The guide in Hoi An was really good, empathetic with humor, good explanations to our questions and excellent English. High praise to him. Golf at Montgomery Links was fine. We were put together with a resident American and his son and there was enough space on the course. However, this was not the case at Danang Golf Club, where we got into some slow, Korean four-balls. We should also have been in a four-ball, but the ones we were supposed to be playing with did not show up and we were sent off alone. The round took more than 4 hours. We were picked up at the airport by a driver who was competent and reliable, but unfortunately did not speak a word of foreign language. He was with us the rest of the time, although unfortunately not the last day. However, the guide was a disaster. An Asperger's type totally without empathy and humor. 20% of what he told was completely wrong, 30% incomprehensible because of his English and the rest understandable and perhaps true. When we asked questions he did not listen, but carried on and did not give any relevant answers. I already gave up on him late morning on the first day, while Inge still tried to communicate with him, but without much success. Obviously I do not know if he was responsible for the planning, but if so, he should probably step back and concentrate on the planning, as this was fine. Golf in Saigon was not good either. Both courses were totally crowded with Korean four-balls and especially the back nine was bad, as flights were sent off in both 1 and 10 and obviously this had to cause problems at the back nine. For reasons unknown, we had to leave for Long Than at 7:30 am. We arrived at 8:30 am and had tee-time at 10:00 at a four-ball. We then had to choose between playing earlier or waiting. Remembering Danang, where our partners did not show up, we chose to play, avoiding an hour of waiting. The front nine went reasonably, although with a lot of waiting. As we were supposed to start the back nine, several four-balls had set off first, therefore we had to wait. By several holes we stood two flights at the tee and waited for the ball in front. After nearly four hours, getting to the 16th hole, we were three flights waiting. We gave up and went inside. As a remark, it was not par 3 holes. 15th was a par 5 hole and 16th par 4. For Vietnam GCC we had to leave at 8:00 am with tee-time at 9:30. This was fine, but the situation from Long Than repeated itself. We were sent off in a two-ball among Korean four-balls. At hole 10, we had to wait, while the new four-balls were sent off. We had after four hours of play only reached 12 holes. On hole 13 (par 3) two flights were waiting at the tee. Thinking we would play out, a four-ball, who had taken a break, came and played before us. We could then figure out that the round would take additional two and two and a half hours to finish. We simply could not manage this, so we stopped again. In the clubhouse, I asked to speak with someone responsible and had a very good talk with the female manager. She fully acknowledged that they sent off as many as they could without considering the time. I mentioned the possible difference between Eastern and European attitude and she replied with a crooked smile saying there was a difference, knowing their Korean customers being very patient and would not dream of complaining about six to six and a half hours for 18 holes. She offered to refund the green fee, so we would only have to pay for nine holes, but when she saw Indochina still not having paid the bill, she would then not pay the difference, but make the refund through the settlement. So all in all, a great trip experience-wise, but golf-wise somewhat frustrating. Greetings, Gunnar PS. Yes. Hi Jakob We are back home after an absolutely amazing trip. As you said, Burma was a great experience. Everything worked as planned and all the hotels were beyond our expectations. All transportation has also been excellent. However, we would like to emphasize our guide in Mandalai, a young amazing girl named Ma Khine Su Mon, who was very informative and spoke very clear English. Otherwise, all guides were good. You have given us the best service imaginable. It is easy to write and book with you and you reply fast. We were delayed by a day upon arrival. We called your hotline to change it and as we arrived, you were there to pick us up as agreed. The plan was to drive us to River Kwai Saturday and pick us up again Monday to drive us to Hua hin. We could not make this, so we were driven to Hua Hin instead. We booked you to drive us to the airport again going home. This was not included in the price, but because we did not drive to River Kwai with you, we did not have to pay going to the airport. Now this is good service. We would like to give you the best recommendations.
