- Can I book return transport?
Yes. Just mention your return date and time in the booking notes or send us an email. - Is the driver waiting at the airport?
Yes. Your driver will wait with a sign at the meeting point (it will be mentioned in the voucher). - Do you offer child seats?
We have a limited number of child car seats available (for infants up to 2 years old), which can be reserved in advance. This service costs 300 THB per seat. Please note: Child seat standards in Thailand are generally different from European norms, and many vehicles in Thailand do not have 3-point seat belts. If this is a concern, we strongly recommend bringing your own car seat from home. Also, booster seats for older toddlers are not commonly used in Thailand and unfortunately cannot be provided. - Do I have to pay upfront?
