FAQ – Private Transfers to Koh Samet
Where will I meet the driver at the airport?
Your driver will wait with a sign at the meeting point clearly stated in your voucher.
Do you offer child seats?
We have a limited number of child seats available for children up to 3 years old. They must be booked in advance and cost 400 THB per seat. Child-seat standards in Thailand differ from European standards, and many vehicles do not have three-point seatbelts. We recommend bringing your own seat if this is important to you.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
The first two hours of waiting are free. After that, a surcharge of 500 THB per started hour applies.
How can I pay?
We accept credit card, Thai bank transfer or Danish bank transfer.
What if I cannot find my driver?

Are your vehicles safe and insured?
Yes. All vehicles have seatbelts and air conditioning and carry the legally required insurance. We still strongly recommend that all passengers have their own travel insurance.
