Course & playing experience

The design blends native trees and flowering shrubs with reeds, sand and open sightlines that hint at seaside links. Drives must be placed carefully to avoid mature trees and cleverly positioned fairway bunkers, while the semi-rough can be wiry and punishing if you miss the short grass. Expect plenty of water in play and greens that reward confident, well?struck approach shots.

Signature holes

• Hole 9 – Demands a precise approach to a green jutting into a broad lake. A controlled draw (or bold carry) is the safe play to hold the putting surface.
• Hole 14 (Par 3) – A short but exacting peninsular green framed by sand. Club selection and wind judgment are vital.
• Hole 18 – A superb finishing hole that narrows toward an island green guarded by bunkers. Even from “position A”, nerves are tested on the approach.
