Where is the meeting point at the Airport?
Your driver will wait with a sign at the meeting point which is clearly stated in the voucher.
Do you offer child seats?
We have a limited number of child car seats available (for infants and toddlers up to 2 years old), which can be reserved in advance. This service is 300 THB per seat. Please note: Child seat standards in Thailand are generally different from European norms, and many vehicles in Thailand do not have 3-point seat belts. If this is a concern, we strongly recommend bringing your own car seat from home. Also, booster seats for older toddlers are not commonly used in Thailand and unfortunately cannot be provided.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
The first 2 hours of waiting are free. After that, a surcharge of 500 THB per hour applies.
How can I pay?
We accept credit card, Thai bank transfer, or Danish bank transfer.
What if I can’t find my driver?
Check that you’re at the correct meeting point. If you’re still unsure, call our 24/7 hotline at +66 (0)85 094 3666 for immediate assistance.
Are your vehicles safe and insured?
Yes – all vehicles have seatbelts, air conditioning, and are fully insured with first-class and passenger coverage. However, we still recommend having your own travel insurance.
What if there are delays or accidents?
While we do everything we can to ensure a smooth journey, we cannot be held responsible for missed connections due to traffic, weather, or other external factors.
Can I change the pickup time?
Yes you can. Just contact us at least 36 hours in advance via email or phone.
