All prices on our website are listed in Thai Baht (THB) or US Dollars (USD).

Payment Methods Prior to Arrival:

  1. Bank Transfer: Payment to a Thai bank account.
  2. Credit Card via PayPal: Includes an additional service fee of 4%.

Booking and Payment for Thailand Transfers

Booking of Golf and Excursions:

Payments:

  • Deposit: Minimum 25% of the total amount upon confirmation.
  • Balance: Remaining 75% to be paid 30 days prior to the booking date.

Cancellation Policy:

  • At least 96 hours before tee time: 50% refund of payment.
  • Later cancellations: No refund.
  • Note: Some golf courses require cancellation 14–30 days in advance, in which case no refund is provided.
Tours & Excursions Cancellation Fee
Day Tours
– If canceled 7 days or more prior: 50% refund.
– Later: no refund.
Multi-day Tours
– If canceled 21 days or more prior: 50% refund.
– Later: no refund.
NO SHOW
No refund.

General Booking for Hotels, Packages, etc.

  • Unconfirmed bookings: No fees.
  • Confirmed bookings: A 25–40% deposit or full payment required. Balance to be paid 6–8 weeks prior to arrival.
Season Cancellation Fee
PEAK SEASON/MAIN HOLIDAYS
– If canceled up to 60 days prior to arrival: 1 night + already paid deposit.
– Less than 60 days prior to arrival: Full payment required.
HIGH SEASON
– If canceled 45 days prior to arrival: 1 night + already paid deposit.
– Less than 45 days prior to arrival: Full payment required.
LOW SEASON
– If canceled 31 days prior to arrival: 1 night + already paid deposit.
– Less than 31 days prior to arrival: Full payment required.
NO SHOW
Full payment required.

Importation information & advise:

Credit card fees, service fees, and deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Many hotels and events in Thailand require full payment up to a month in advance. We advise all guests to purchase travel insurance that covers hotel cancellations and other non-refundable costs. This insurance is often available through various agencies. For island hotel bookings, we are not responsible for missed ferry connections or similar issues. Last-minute cancellations will not be accepted. If we are liable for the hotel payment, you will also be responsible for paying us.

Please inform us as early as possible if your travel plans change to avoid cancellation fees.

Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or PayPal.

If You Would Like to Extend Your Stay:

Please contact us if you wish to extend your stay. If you contact the hotel directly, you may not benefit from our favorable rates and will be charged the hotel’s standard price.

If You Want to Shorten Your Stay:

Unfortunately, we cannot offer flexibility in shortening stays, as we must adhere to hotel policies. Whether or not a refund is provided depends on the hotel’s policy.

No Show (Not Using the Booking):

If you do not use your booking and have not canceled, no refund will be issued. The hotel will keep the room until your arrival, or until notified otherwise.

Room availability can change frequently. Some hotels may not accept reservations without a deposit or full payment. If payment is delayed, we reserve the right to reject it or offer an alternative hotel. If you do not accept the alternative, the payment will be rejected.

General Deposit Policy:

For larger bookings or package trips, we may require a higher deposit. Please note that deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation. We recommend purchasing cancellation insurance.

Change of Booking Fee:

Changing a booking requires significant effort. We are willing to make changes where possible for a fee of 1500 THB. Please note that changing hotel bookings, such as canceling rooms or altering the stay period, is considered a cancellation and will incur a fee.
