Koh Tao

The water is beautiful and clear, and there are lots of corals and exciting fish in the sea. You may be lucky enough to experience whale sharks and turtles as well as a wide variety of tropical fish species. Koh Tao is a very popular island to dive on, which is why the island’s largest beach, Sairee Beach, is always filled with avid divers and people snorkeling. You have the opportunity to take a PADI diving certificate on Koh Tao at a lower price than at home in Denmark.

Koh Tao is a relatively small island along the east coast of Thailand and is close to the islands of Koh Phangan and Koh Samui. Koh Tao is located in the Gulf of Thailand approx. 85 km outside the city of Chumphon.

On the one hand, Koh Tao offers a lush jungle, crystal clear water and many opportunities to take on exciting and exotic excursions. Getting around the island is easy on either a scooter or by bike. A large number of these are both suitable for relaxing and enjoying the lovely water with a drink in hand, while others are quite obvious for diving.
