The Surin, Phuket (5*)

The Surin was built back in 1982, making it one of the very first luxury hotels on Phuket. Since then, American architect Ed Tuttle has carried out a comprehensive yet gentle renovation of the elegant and timeless hotel, which exudes respect for the local culture and beautiful nature.

The hotel consists of 109 bungalows with 1-2 bedrooms, beach suites, and private villas with pools, scattered well from the beach and up the lush slope.

Bungalows (46 m2) are divided into three categories:

• Hillside (at the top of the mountain in private surroundings),
• Superior (close to the restaurant and facilities),
• Deluxe (beautiful views of the Andaman Sea).

If you’re traveling with family, we recommend the larger bungalows (68m2). The pool villas (90m2) are spacious and located high above the bay with sea views.  Beach Suites (60m2) and Beach Deluxe Suites (90 m2), is right by the beach.

The Surin offers high-class gastronomy based on authentic recipes and fresh, local ingredients handpicked at the market by the chefs .
